Our whole stay felt very warm. The staff, the room, and the food exceeded all of our expectations. We had a great time doing the game drives. The reserve is so beautiful, with great animals roaming around happily. I think the highlight of the stay was the staff and the service so much warmth and love. Definitely the peak of our honeymoon trip. Oh yeah and the food is so so good!!!

Mossel Bay is a beautiful city, not overcrowded, it makes a perfect vacation to relax and recharge. The only challenge is public transport, Uber & Bolt are almost non-existent, it's mostly private taxis that you have to call and they are always busy, making the waiting time a bit longer. I would recommend you come with your own car or you hire one, you'll enjoy the place even more without transport inconveniences.
Overall, it's a beautiful place with more than enough to offer visitors.

Charming with some lovely boutique shops.
Charming with some lovely boutique shops. At the far end a great hiking opportunity around st Blaize point followed by a refreshing dip in the sea gully. Unfortunately couldn’t do the zip line as it was too windy. Nor the shark diving for the same reason.
Great padel court on the sea front.
Great bagels at jacks on the Main Street
Dinner at gannet was good.
Amazing bbq in the harbour and very reasonable.
Try the oyster shots next door.
Don’t visit the aquarium!

Visiting the ATKV near by in Hartenbos has great facilities for both adults and children. A visit to the Langeberg Mall is a must to shopping and dining.
A visit to Diaz Beach with its long stretch of white sand and a visit to the Zipline which is the biggest over the ocean in the whole world at the Point is a must

its a lovely bay, specially Santos beach, 2/3 top class restaurants in mossal bay, nice shopping mall as well/
.
2 restaurants we used were kingfisher and café gannet which was exceptional in everything.
This was the 2nd time here and thoroughly enjoyed the self catering apartment and especially the location. I went with my whole family and inlaws and staff accommodated to have all four apartments next to each other. On the 3rd day, I also enjoyed some pampering at the beauty salon at the hotel. Kids loved the waterpark which is in walking distance. Would definately come again December.
- The value of this place is living in a real train standing right on the beach, seeing the ocean through the window.
I was here in 2011, and wanted to show this place to my girlfriend
- The beach is good to enter the water and swim
- there was one young guy, working as a waiter. I would like to thank him, for his kind attitude and empathy
We had an absolutely fantastic stay here. Charming property, impeccable cleanliness, very comfortable bed, thoughtful extras, and the warm welcome makes this THE place to stay in Mossel Bay. Marilyn’s warm hospitality and super delicious dinner and breakfast made our stay such a pleasure.
Highly recommended!
The room was spacious and everything we needed was available in the room.
On arrival and departure the staff were very friendly and helpful.
We would definitely like to stay there again the surroundings gave us a real holiday vibe/experience.
Thanks Point Village Hotel and Self Catering 👍
The hotel has an elevated position in Mossel Bay with a fantastic view from the veranda which is where breakfast is served.
The whole experience at this hotel was excellent, the management and staff were very friendly and helpful. We were sorry that our stay was only for one night.
The location is amazing, right in front of Santos Beach in Mossel Bay. The rooms are pretty small and no proper ventilation - we had a hard time to sleep during summer. Also, no towels provided. The accommodation also hosts a restaurant, food is ok and price is fair for the place.
The quietness in the evenings with the sounds of frogs and crickets were awsome.
Woken up by the sound of guinea-fowl was just as nice.
Although not on the beach front, access to beaches and shops were easy and quick.
The property is well equiped and comfortable.
The view over the Habour was awesome.
We also visit the Light tower restaurant with the view over Mossel bay that was breathtaking.
We also went to Hartenbos and walk on the Beach.
We also went to Sedgefield and Knysna which was a wonderfull visit.
staff were amazing and facilitating. facilities were beautiful. the spot on the beach was amazing. we woke up and ate breakfast served on the deck and watched as the seals surfed down at the beach. if you’re in mossel bay it’s THE place to stay
Pet Friendly. Self Catering Unit. Super Location. GREAT Views. Right on the beach with easy beach access. Easy Access Parking. Close to the Mall, Shopping centers and Restaurants.
We had a perfect sea view, the hotel being right next to the beach. It has a good sized swimming pool with a beach view. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated.
