  The location was very handy. I had a large, spacious room at the top which was good. The shared space was very clean, modern and large and spacious. I met some lovely guests while I was there and the host was very responsive via messaging although not actually on site.

  I didn't realise when I booked that my room was on the third floor which meant I didn't bring all my luggage up three flights of stairs - this was my last night of a 5 week holiday in the UK so I had heavy bags. I left my suitcases in the car space out front and only bought up what I needed. Whilst there were some lovely guests there were also some who were quite noisy coming in and out the front door multiple times around midnight and talking loudly in the hallways - though this was more about inconsidereate guests rather than the property itself.

  A charming converted Victorian Terrace home in an excellent location right on the Brighton Shore. Rooms are cute and comfortable- cozy bed and breakfast style hotel. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. And breakfast as well which was so nice!

  Took room service breakfast as a treat. Adequate. Bakery basket missing on one occasion!

  The greeting and check in was the most unwelcoming I’ve ever experienced! The least friendly receptionist on record! No assistance with bags from the car, valet parking the car and the room was not available by check in time. As a Brit I cannot recall being asked for my ID or passport in the UK before. This was the 5th time we have stayed here - second this year. A “welcome back” would have been nice!
