Breakfast choices were good Location was excellent Room was clean, tidy and well-presented Fresh cookies were offered daily to guests 24/7 provision of hot drinks, including coffee, tea and hot chocolate, was a nice touch Staff were very respectful and ready to help

There was insufficient Iighting near the desk in our room One of the restrooms in the lower ground appeared to be out of order We had credit card payment issues on arrival, but this may not have been the hotel's fault

The outside of the hotel looks a bit grayish; the rooms however are very good (recently renovated). Parking on site is no problem. Breakfast is okay; limited space in the breakfast room, so avoid rush-hour. Staff is solution oriented

The staff were all incredible — they were so accommodating and helpful. Breakfasts were also great and they were able to provide vegan offerings for us. Location was awesome and price was reasonable.

It’s an older property, so the walls are quite thin. We could hear our next door neighbours on a phone call at one point but, other than that, it was quiet and we had no trouble sleeping.
